Microdermabrasion

What to Know About

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is one of the most popular superficial peeling therapies. It is non-surgical, safe and effective. This light peel can help with fine lines and wrinkles, smooth minor pigment irregularities, and dramatically improve acne.

Microdermabrasion provides an improvement in many skin problem areas. It has little to no downtime and the procedure is fast, with little discomfort. It complements most treatment programs by providing a gentle but effective mechanical peeling of the skin. The result is glowing younger-appearing skin tone, including an improvement in the skin’s texture and appearance.

About Flexile Classic

This treatment makes use of a minimally abrasive instrument to treat mild discoloration and reveal a brighter, more youthful complexion. This is a great procedure on its own, but it is also an excellent “jump start” to remove old dead skin before starting a more aggressive procedure. The skin may be somewhat pink or red immediately following the procedure, due to its abrasive nature. Downtime consists mainly of dry, flaky skin for a few days post-procedure.
